CHUB CAY, BERRY ISLANDS, BAHAMAS

Chub Cay is the southernmost isle of the Berry Islands, dominated by the Chub Cay Club and Marina. Chub is the most visited island as it sits half-way between Nassau and the Bimini Islands. Chub has a curved 4 mile long beach located within Frazer's Hog Cay. The name, Hog Cay, was given as they once raised hogs on the island. Chub Cay hosts the annual Bahamas Billfish Tournament.

Chub sits at the edge of the Tongue of the Ocean and is perfect for wall diving. Mama Rhoda Rock, a protected underwater monument, is known for several forms of sealife including; moray eels, florida lobster, staghorn and elkhorn coral formations. You'll also find a shipwreck and a cannon in the area.

If you're visiting Chub via boat, youll be happy to know that the marina can accommodate up to 90 vessels. Although we prefer air travel :)
